Undervisnings- og forskningsfrihed er grundpiller i et demokratisk samfund. Men selvom vi værner om dem, er de under pres fra forskellige sider.

Der er blandt andet en række uddannelsesinstitutioner, der kræver at få ophavsretten til lærernes undervisningsmateriale. Institutionerne henviser bl.a. til, at det er nødvendigt, hvis ikke ophavsretten skal spænde ben for videndeling. Indtil nu har rettighederne tilhørt lærerne, der bl.a. har kunnet bruge materialet i lærebøger. Det har muliggjort et blomstrende marked for lærebogslitteratur på dansk. Vil det fortsætte i de kommende år? Og er det rigtigt, at videndeling kræver, at uddannelsesinstitutionerne får alle rettigheder?

Forskningsfriheden og forskernes frihed til at formidle deres forskning er heller ikke uindskrænket. De indskrænkes både af kontrakter, juridiske regler og moralske forestillinger. Det er der mange forskere, der har erfaret efterhånden. Flere vil erfare det i fremtiden.

 

·         Kan uddannelsesinstitutioner overtage ophavsretten til lærernes undervisning?

·         Kan universiteter sælge ud af de ansattes forskningsfrihed?

·         Skal man som forsker finde sig i at få mundkurv på?

·         Og hvad kan man tillade sig at sige og mene som forsker, herunder i medierne?

  76. Not sure if someone has already asked this but how does Google treat the links pointing to the canonical pages? Would it treat this in a similar way to a 301 redirect and pass all link equity onto the preferred or would these links be lost?I’m in the process of redirecting a number of duplicate pages so will use this technique if the links are passed on, otherwise i will just stick with the 301 method.

That slows down the reading speed, and can cause story confusion.” Good grief, you would not believe how many of these I catch when I edit. I’m not immune to misplacing a few commas, but the basic ones are easy enough and yet so many writers seem to have no clue. It makes me wonder if schools are teaching punctuation anymore. Either that or students are too busy texting under their desk to pay attention.

And if you do use proper technique with other tools they will work with much less effort than you use.   122. I worked with Carol in the Food Service Department at Adams County Memorial Hospital in 1973 and 1974. She was my mentor at work and we became friends. Carol was a gentle soul, with a ready smile for everyone and the kindest woman you could ever meet. It’s still her favorite (HATED applesauce!)Sadly, Baby H has attended a funeral too (when she was about 6 weeks, for my grandfather). While hard to bring a baby to a funeral, I hope you found what a joy it is to have a baby there. Everyone loved getting to see her and hold her and it was a bright spot on a sad occasion!

  162. I HAD to base it on travellogues. I was paid 10k per book for these books, and it was part of my living expenses. Going to Egypt was out of the question. NOT because I didn’t want to, but because I couldn’t. I’d have loved to travel. BUT as I pointed out in the original post, we don’t GET that kind of money. So I read several descriptions of people approaching and landing in Egypt. Of course, none of them were doing it by carpetship.

  685. Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
